12. For repairs/replacements under warranty, the Q7 Chocolate product must be delivered to our TradeCenter.Pk warehouse by the customer at their own cost. Return charges will be borne by TradeCenter.Pk under such circumstances.

In case a Q7 Chocolate product is returned for any reason, a 30% deduction will be made from the invoice price.
